For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. (Galatians 3:26)
Our faith in Christ makes us a part of God’s family. This is clearly the rebirth that was given to us by grace. This faith contrasts with the “schoolmaster,” the Law, which showed us that we could never be brought near to God through our own efforts. Rather, resting in what Jesus Christ has already accomplished, the animosity between God and man is gone; we are His very own children.
