Gospel Minute 1: God the Creator

A few things make God unique from everything and everyone else. Two of these things is that He is eternal, and He is Creator. He always was. Long before there was any creation, God already was. Also, He is Creator. He created everything out of nothing with no prior examples or tools. His creative power is evident in Creation.
Because He is the eternal Creator, He is the owner of all things, and therefore He demands our allegiance. The Scripture says, “Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created” (Revelation 4:11). So we were created for God’s pleasure.
Now the question remains is whether we always live for God’s pleasure.
