Now the Spirit Speaketh Expressly (1 Timothy 4:1)

Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils (1 Timothy 4:1)
The Spirit speaks clearly when He speaks. Here, He speaks of a future falling away from the faith. It is often said that the Word of God has one interpretation, but many applications. We can’t make the Word say what we want; there is specific intention behind everything written.
The Spirit is the Author of all Scripture. Everything is written in harmony and for His purpose.
