The LORD Hath Spoken It

“He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord GOD will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the LORD hath spoken it.” (Isaiah 25:8)

When Jesus Christ returns, a whole new era will begin. The sorrows of pain and death shall end. He will wipe all tears from our faces. What a wondrous day that will be.

The best part is that it is for certain: the LORD hath spoken it. Whatever the LORD says happens. He said, “let there be light,” and there was. When he says something, it is good as done. We have his word that he will take away our sorrows.

When you read about the promises of God, remember that his promises are certain. Try not to get bogged down with today; remember the great hope that we are saved if we believe on Jesus Christ. We will walk with him in his kingdom one day, and be who we were created to be. The LORD hath spoken it.
