Snake Surprise

And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. (Genesis 3:15)

And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen. (Romans 16:20)

When we discovered there was a snake by the house, the first prayer I said was that if God could save me from the primeval snake, surely He can save me from this one! So we were able to kill it without issue. I do not know snakes; kill now and act questions later! But googling afterwards, it may have been a cottonmouth.

Whatever danger you may encounter, no matter how minor, always leave it in the Lord’s hands.
