And on the morrow, when Agrippa was come, and Bernice, with great pomp, and was entered into the place of hearing, with the chief captains, and principal men of the city, at Festus’ commandment Paul was brought forth. (Acts 25:23)

Imagine being this king with his wife, coming in thinking that life was all about him. Suddenly, your show suddenly falls flat because he heard the testimony of Paul, who had given his live over to the things of God, and the things that really matter. Let every party and vain show fall flat before Jesus Christ. Let Him become the center of attention for every eye. Let everything die before the risen Christ.
