Let Us Pass Over Unto the Other Side (Mark 4:35)

And the same day, when the even was come, he saith unto them, Let us pass over unto the other side. (Mark 4:35)

This is from a message in church this morning. The Lord and His disciples went by boat to the other side of the sea. In the middle of the sea was the great storm that Jesus slept through but then calmed.

Here is something I never though of: if Jesus said they were going to the other side, no plan was going to thwart that. This was a part of the lack of faith the disciples had. The storm would not hinder them; they most certainly would be carried through to the other side.

If the Lord promises something, regardless of whether it looks like it will come true or not, it will most certainly come to pass.
