Jesus is the Savior. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. Jesus is the light of the world. Jesus is the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. Jesus provides the hidden manna and living water that we might never hunger or thirst again. Jesus loves the sinner and seeks the lost sheep. Jesus loves the unlovable. Jesus has patience that far exceeds any other. Jesus transforms the abominable into a new creature. Jesus saves His people from their sins. Jesus is God, and Jesus is Man.

Jesus left the throne for the manger. Jesus left the glory of the Father to be forsaken. Why would He do this? To glorify the Father and redeem the sinner. Jesus’ blood secured our pardon. He rose again, and He was given a name above all names.

His name means Jehovah Saves. His name is Jesus.

How could we neglect so great salvation? Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. Whoever you are and whatever you have done. And you will be saved.

And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins. (Matthew 1:21)
