Increase Our Faith (Luke 17:4-5)

And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him. And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith. (Luke 17:4-5)

When someone continually wrongs us, but they keep sincerely turning to us for forgiveness, we forgive them. This cannot be easy, especially when we’re dealing with someone who has sinned against us greatly.

We know it is not easy, because even the apostles respond with “Increase our faith”! It isn’t easy. But these things can be done in the Lord, who died for us and gave us His Life.
