God Wants Everyone to Be Saved

Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. (1 Timothy 2:4)

God is not out to get us. He wants us to be saved, to know Him, to walk with Him, and be holy. “Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man” (James 1:13). He is not putting stumbling blocks in our way. Trust in the Lord, because He has our good in mind, and the good of the world that they may be saved.
