Divers Temptations

If you find yourself going through hardships, there are often no words that can help. However, if it is of any consolation, such hardships show us our lack of control of life. They show that there is no ground beneath our feet that is stable enough. When these things happen, we must let these hardships drive us to the Lord Jesus Christ, who is the foundational Rock that is stable enough for us, and who does have control over life.

My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. (James 1:2-3)
